Reflexology for Fertility
Struggling to conceive?
When trying for a baby, it can take a healthy couple up to twelve months for conception to occur…
So if you’re feeling anxious because things haven’t happened for you yet, why not give reflexology a try?
Tests may have shown you that have unexplained infertility, or perhaps you have a cycle planned and would like IVF support?

Balancing Hormones
As women, we’re governed by hormones, that fluctuate widely throughout our lives!
The action of hormones causes powerful physiological changes within the body.
Endometriosis and PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) are conditions caused by hormone imbalance and may mean that conception is more difficult to achieve.
Reflexology may help if you’re affected by these conditions and you can find out more here.

Perimenopause and Menopause
Struggling with anxiety, hot flushes or night sweats?
Menopause can be a time of great emotional upheaval, but it can be physically challenging too…
It’s difficult to survive on just a few hours sleep, when you’re trying to juggle work and family responsibilities.
You may be experiencing lots of menopausal symptoms, or just a few, including:
If you’re over the age of 40, declining hormone levels are usually to blame and symptoms are seen as a natural part of the ageing process.
But this doesn’t make it any easier and if your quality of life is seriously being affected, please seek help, as this is more widely available now.
Some calming reflexology may help to relieve any anxiety and help you cope better with this stage of life.
Simple lifestyle changes can also make a big difference to the way that you’re feeling and we’ll explore this during a pre-treatment consultation.
If your symptoms are particularly debilitating, I’d encourage you to visit your GP to discuss other treatment options that are available to you.
Reflexology works well alongside Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and can provide additional calming support.
