”Absolutely worth every penny. Great way to relax and allow your mind to drift from the daily struggle, especially during current difficult times.”

The importance of looking after YOU...

Looking after your own wellbeing shouldn’t be seen as an indulgence, but a necessity.

By maintaining your physical and emotional health, you’ll be able to carry on caring for the important people in your life.

So if you’re struggling to get a good night’s sleep, why not address it NOW so that you won’t end up suffering with the more chronic condition known as Insomnia?

Reflexology sessions promote restful sleep and may help to establish a healthier sleep pattern.

Thank you so much for my amazing treatment. I felt so relaxed and slept like a log last night!”

Vicki C., Saffron Walden

Reflexology may be beneficial for many other stress-related conditions including Anxiety, Depression, Headaches/Migraine, Backache and Muscular Tension and IBS.

Remember, when your mind and body are well-balanced...

  • You’ll experience good quality sleep and feel rested when you wake up.
  • Your digestive system should work properly.
  • You'll be more resilient to the little things (or sometimes big things) that life sends your way!

  • If you’d like to introduce some CALM into your life and improve your overall health and wellbeing, please get in touch here .

This gentle holistic therapy calms mind and body to improve overall health and wellbeing, which may optimise your chances of success.

Pre-conceptual Reflexology treatments may help to...
  • Relieve feelings of anxiety
  • Reduce stress hormones, which can interrupt the reproductive process
  • Promote better sleep
  • Lift low mood
  • Prepare you for each stage of Assisted Conception and support you throughout your journey

  • As an experienced Fertility Reflexologist, I have been supporting clients with fertility issues for over fifteen years and have been delighted to see so many happy outcomes.

    Maternity Reflexology

Prepare for a positive birth experience!

Reflexology treatments during pregnancy can be a wonderful way to connect with your little one and are a nurturing experience for any mum-to-be.

But did you know that Reflexology could actually result in an easier labour?(1)

Research found that women who had regular treatments in the later stages of pregnancy, had faster birthing times and needed less pain relief!

Reflexology sessions may also help ease many pregnancy discomforts including Nausea/Morning Sickness, Constipation, Heartburn/Acid Reflex and Pelvic Girdle Pain.

    (1) G. Motha and J. McGrath - 1992 "The effects of reflexology on labour outcome".

Maternity Reflexology treatments will help to:

  • Promote deep relaxation
  • Prepare you (physically and emotionally) for labour
  • Encourage you to ‘let go’ close to your due date, which may encourage the spontaneous onset of natural labour

  • As a professional Maternity Reflexologist, with over twenty years experience, I feel privileged to have supported hundreds of expectant mums throughout pregnancy.

I'm passionate about helping every woman to achieve a healthy pregnancy and have the best possible birth experience.

    Balancing hormones

As women, we’re governed by our hormones and these can fluctuate wildly at different times in our lives!

The powerful action of hormones creates bodily changes, which may result in conditions such as Endometriosis and PCOS (Polycycstic Ovarian Syndrome), which may cause Fertility Problems, impacting on the ability to conceive.

PMS (Pre Menstrual Syndrome) may cause debilitating monthly symptoms including bloating, breast tenderness and irritability.

Reflexology encourages deep relaxation and reduces stress, which may help regulate hormone levels.

Clients have reported less pre-menstrual pain, more regular periods, less bloating and improved mood, following their Reflexology sessions.

Perimenopause can be a time of emotional upheaval…

Perhaps you've noticed that your monthly cycle has changed and you may be experiencing…

    • Irregular/missed periods
    • Changes in menstrual flow (scant or heavy)
    • Hot flushes
    • Night sweats
    • Insomnia
    • Loss of libido

    • Anxiety
    • Low mood
    • Brain fog
    • Mood swings
    • Hair loss
    • Urinary problems

These troublesome symptoms are a result of the gradual decline in progesterone and (primarily) oestrogen, which is a normal part of the ageing process.

Some women may continue to have symptoms for several years until their final period, which in the UK occurs at the average age of 51 years.

If you’re struggling, there’s no need to suffer in silence…

Your GP should be able to offer advice about HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy), which comes in various forms, including tablets, skin patches and vaginal gel.

HRT uses synthetic hormones to replace dwindling supplies of your natural ones, though it isn’t suitable for everyone. You may decide to take an holistic approach, or add Reflexology alongside your HRT.

If you’d like support through this natural transition, I'd love to help!

“My first session with Clare was amazing. I felt she really took time to understand my problems and made some great recommendations. The treatment was incredibly relaxing and I felt great afterwards.”

    Emma W., Saffron Walden
