Cancellation Policy
Whilst I appreciate that appointments sometimes need to be rescheduled, it’s difficult for me to fill treatment slots at short notice.
TO ENSURE THAT MY BUSINESS CAN CONTINUE TO RUN EFFICIENTLY, THE FOLLOWING CHARGES WILL APPLY:
Cancellation/rescheduling within 60 hours of the appointment time - 50% of the session charge will be forfeited.
Cancellation/rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment time - 100% of the session charge will be forfeited.
